Jayne Doherty is an accomplished Master's educated Health and Social Impact Entrepreneur, Board trustee for two nonprofits, successful Property Investor and developer, Youth Mentor, Gender Equity Ambassador, and Philanthropist showcasing her multifaceted and impactful career.

In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Jayne has made significant contributions to social initiatives, including providing clean water for over 20,000 people in villages across Ghana and organising outreaches for the homeless in central London. Furthermore, she has established a medical facility in Ghana to offer free healthcare services, demonstrating her commitment to addressing pressing social and health-related challenges. Before her entrepreneurial endeavours, Jayne gained extensive experience working in the city of London for over 10 years as a Corporate Governance and Legal specialist. Her role involved advising senior leadership teams and Boards of Directors on mergers, acquisitions, and risk matters. This professional background equipped her with valuable expertise in navigating complex business challenges and developing effective governance strategies

Jayne's personal life is her proudest achievement, she is a devoted mother of three and a dedicated wife with a long-standing partnership of 22 years and 11 years of marriage. She is the middle child of a loving, eccentric and vibrant Ghanaian family, which has shaped her perspective and INFLUENCED her approach to life and being a blessing to others.

Beyond her professional and personal commitments, Jayne is deeply passionate about leveraging her knowledge and experience to support female-led enterprises and initiatives to uplift women from minority backgrounds, through advocacy, advisory, sponsorship and speaking engagements. Her dedication to these causes underscores her commitment to gender equality and empowerment. Jayne is also very committed to her Ghanian heritage and doing her part as a Ghanaian in the diaspora. She has recently consulted with the British High Commissioner in Ghana. She continues to make significant contributions to the development of policies targeting diaspora engagement, which further demonstrate her broader impact on societal issues.

Jayne also serves as the Co-founder & Director of Trinity Healthcare Plus Ltd a multi 7-figure award-winning healthcare organisation that operates in the UK and Ghana, with a team of over 180 employees and nine direct reports. Under her visionary and compassionate leadership, the THC Group has expanded its scope to encompass various critical services, including nursing and home care for the elderly, multiple therapeutic care homes for young people with complex mental health and behavioural needs, social housing for vulnerable people, international health recruitment, and health and social care accredited training. Jayne Doherty's leadership, business acumen, and tender writing expertise have played a pivotal role in the remarkable success of the THC Group. Through her innovative and strategic leadership, she has transformed the company from a bootstrapped and relatively unknown entity to a recognized and approved provider, offering services to over 25 local authorities.
